This plan offers you ongoing support and guidance on your journey to simultaneously shed unwanted fat and build lean muscle, achieving a balanced and healthy physique. With this plan, you'll receive personalized coaching, including a tailored program based on your unique physique, fitness level, and goals. This plan includes a customized nutrition plan (or just macros, your choice!) designed to optimize fat loss while fueling muscle growth, alongside workout routines that effectively combine strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Regular check-ins with your dedicated coach ensure continuous progress tracking, strategy adjustments, and unwavering motivation and accountability. Whether you're aiming to redefine your body shape or achieve a more balanced fitness level, this plan provides the resources and support needed to realize your goals. Note that this plan is ideal for athletes who have experience with tracking nutrition intake and have been lifting weights for at least one year. This is a month-to-month coaching subscription with monthly payments of $220 USD. Please note that an initial three-month commitment is required for you to fully experience this program and achieve the results we aim for.
